McMartin Molestation Trial 1984 Seen here is Ray Buckey and his grandmother sitting and listening to testimony during the hearings. This was 3 years before charges of molestation were brought against him, his mom and grandmother at their preschool. 4 teachers were also charged. They were eventually acquitted after a 3 year media circus that seemed to go on and on. The Childrens' testimonies were deemed tainted by psychiatrists who led them through the interviews using suggestive sentences.
